Great Friday The 13th Weekend Lineup At Delaware Speedway

From Delaware Speedway – Delaware Speedway features two great racing cards for the upcoming weekend July 13 and 14 and also features free camping behind the back stretch for the weekend.

FRIDAY NIGHT (FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH):

First up, Friday the Thirteenth racing starts at 8:00 pm sponsored by FT Garage. The racing lineup features the FT Garage Late Models and Coca-Cola Super Stocks. The FT Garage Late Models will be in high gear in their final event before next week’s APC Summer Showdown featuring Michael Waltrip, Travis Pastrana, & Clint Bowyer in competition.

The evening also features a King of the Hill All-Out Spectator’s race with $800 in prizing – – double the amount of prize money that was on the line for the previous event. The new “all out” format introduced last month, for the first time ever, has participants talking about their rides and negotiating with each other for car lengths and other deals for cash in a way that had never been done in Delaware Speedway King of the Hill Competition.

SATURDAY NIGHT:

Saturday evening features the G.A.W. Recycling Enduro back in action as well as the Bone Stock Chaos Cars. Prior to the racing, which begins at 7:00 pm there will be a special 10-lap ladies-only Bone Stock event at 6:30 pm where a number of the drivers in the division are handing the keys over to let someone else experience the fun of Bone Stock competition.

The evening is sponsored by G.A.W. Recycling and Teen Challenge Farm, who is widely expected to be debuting their new Bone Stock entry in the competition.

On the GAW Recycling Enduro side, the McCullough brothers have swept the division so far this year with Derek (#38) winning both Friday night challenge races, and older Brother David (#39) winning both 150-lap events so far this season. Never has there been a sibling streak of this kind in Enduro competition. On Saturday evening there will be numerous top contenders eager to snap that streak and get themselves to the front of the pack.

Family Value Passes Available Both Days

Family value passes are available both on Friday the Thirteenth as well as on Saturday. The family value passes allow two adults and up to four children age 16 and under into the event for $32 taxes included, or one adult and up to two children age 16 and under into the event for just $16 (taxes included).
