Weekend Preview: Weekend of June 15th to 17th

Friday, June 15th - Delaware Speedway near London, Ontario returns to action with the first visit of the season by the Lucas Oil Sportsman Cup Series for their 100 lap main event. Super Stocks and Trucks will also take to the track on Friday night. Spectator gates open at 6pm, Time Trials will be at 7:15pm and racing starts at 8pm. Friday, June 15th - Humberstone Speedway in Port Colborne, Ontario host a full slate of Fastrak Late Models, DIRTcar Sportsman, Street Stocks, Pro 4 Trucks, Mini Stocks and Pure Stocks plus a visit by the TUSA Mod Lites. Friday, June 15th - Kawartha Speedway in Fraserville, Ontario will try once again to get its 2012 season underway after a rainout on June 1st. The Late Model division will compete in a 100 lap feature and will be joined by the Thunder Cars and Mini Stocks. Pit gates open at 3pm, Grandstands open at 5pm and racing begins at 7pm. Friday, June 15th - Ohsweken Speedway near Brantford, Ontario will have a busy night of racing as makeup features from last Friday for Sprint Cars, Thunder Stocks and Mini Stocks will take place at the start of the program. The card also include the regularly scheduled Corr/Pak Sprint Cars, Twin 15′s for Thunder Stocks, Mini Stocks and Bombers. Gates open at 6pm, hot laps are at 7:20pm and racing ation starts at 7:45pm. Saturday, June 16th - Barrie Speedway near Barrie, Ontario will host the much anticipated return of the OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Models along with the brand new OSCAAR Modifieds. Saturday, June 16th - Brighton Speedway will welcome back the high horsepower Southern Ontario Sprints on Saturday night for their second visit of the season. Also on the card will be the DIRTcar Pro Late Models, Canadian Modifieds, Comp 4 and Stingers. Grandstands open at 5pm and the racing begins at 7pm. Saturday, June 16th - Brockville Ontario Speedway will return to action with a full slate of DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman, Street Stocks and Rookies. Saturday, June 16th - Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport) will play host to the first NASCAR Canadian Tire Series oval event of the 2012 season. Saturday, June 16th - Emo Speedway will get right back at it with all three regular divisions lined up including the WISSOTA Modifieds, Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks. Saturday, June 16th - Flamboro Speedway having just completed Round #1 of the Grisdale Racing Products Triple Crown last week for Late Models will give the top division the night off. On the card will be the Canadian Vintage Modifieds along with Thunder Cars, Mini Stocks, F4 Modifieds and Pure Stocks.
